My Story

I am an Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Business Analyst with many years of experience in sales and marketing, and provision of ICT support and services to individuals, as well as small and large sized clienteles. 

I am passionate about digital media, and the application of targeted marketing and related CRM tools in order to improve business effectiveness. With the recent upsurge in consumer connectivity and use of social media, new wa for reaching consumers more directly have become a reality.

As an experienced ICT professional with key industry credentials, including Salesforce Certified Administrator, I enjoy applying both traditional approaches and cloud based marketing solutions to help businesses increase their return on investment. I am open to challenges that will enable me unleash my full potential.
